Healthier relationships
are possible.
Let’s find the path
together.
Our relationships are important. Connection is often viewed as a basic human need, and our significant relationships are often deeply impactful and vital to our wellbeing. Whether with others, such as partners, parents, siblings, children, and friends, or with ourselves, or even our environment, we are defined by these relationships. Even when, and sometimes especially when, things get hard.
Would you be here if you didn’t want to find a way to make the relationship work? To repair what feels broken, and to find some new way of relating? Something that feels easier?
I’m glad you’re here. It can be a big decision to decide to seek therapy, and knowing where to turn is not always clear.
I want to help you navigate to where you want to go. I am here with you, and I am curious.
What is it about right now that has allowed you to take this step? And what has gotten you through all that you have been through so far? These are the kinds of things I want to know as a partner along the path.
I believe that we are stronger and better together, and I want to create a space that feels safe for the two of you, or three or four, or whatever combination of people — of relationships — you want help with. We all have different pieces to the puzzle, different sides of the story. I want to help find the ways of untangling these stories and coming together within a complex and multi-storied truth.
It is common to want to be seen, and I want to see you.
